Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network
Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network (LVHHN) asked for our assistance in positioning them amongst the leading Philadelphia area hospitals. Based on market research developed and produced by DEETER, we created an integrated marketing communications initiative that included print advertising, outdoor, radio, collateral, and limited publicity efforts. Built on the unique selling proposition that "all hospitals are not alike," the campaign established LVHNN's prominence on a wisdom, strength, and compassion platform. The two-year initiative saw an increase in outpatient services of nearly 30 percent and an increase in cases where hospitalization was required of nearly 18 percent. Cost of this campaign was approximately $1 million.
