I find very few things in life to be more gratifying than helping people solve their business problems. In that process, I always learn things that I didn’t previously know. Having been overly curious about the world in general as far back as I can recall, the prospect of increasing my knowledge of just about any subject has always been attractive to me. As a result, I “know a little bit about of lot of things.” Fortunately for me, I often find this to be of benefit in helping my clients achieve and succeed.

Most of my professional life has been spent in the financial services industry, focused on helping people and businesses exchange “value” with one another electronically. Over the course of the past 30 years, I’ve seen (and learned from) the evolution of technology, the consolidation of the number of industry players, and many of the goals and aspirations of clients in the financial services space are common to those of companies in most other lines of business. The secret to helping clients successfully meet their goals, in my opinion, lies in listening closely for the purpose of clearly understanding the goal and then creating the process to achieve it.

As one of the newest members of the DEETER team, my mission is to develop new relationships for our organization in the Midwest and beyond. Accordingly, I’m eager to share my strong belief in providing high levels of customer satisfaction, as well as my long history of exceeding clients’ expectations for success.
