I believe in a customer-centric approach to the marketplace. If we truly understand the needs of our customer, a cascade of credible, fact-based, prioritized events can be created that will help the customer achieve their goals. This approach has enabled me to help lead turnaround efforts as well as new growth platforms for Fortune 100 healthcare companies over the last 25 years.
Prior to co-founding The Marketing Connexion, a DEETER partner organization, I was fortunate to learn from excellent leaders throughout my career. While on the corporate side of the industry, I achieved success as #1 salesperson for one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. Today, I enjoy providing the recommendations, guidance, and implementation skills that help our clients "raise the bar" regarding their sales and marketing efforts.
I’m forever grateful that I’ve gained corporate and industry recognition over the years for both my sales and marketing capabilities -- that includes receiving various President’s awards. Recognition has also come from my community-based service efforts. I have helped to lead teams in achieving #1 U.S. rankings for their efforts by both the United Way and U.S. Treasury. The key to all of the awards and recognitions has been to share successful experiences, develop novel approaches, and provide leadership or direction that helped others achieve their goals.
